Sexting

As of 2011, New Jersey legislators proposed a law focusing on the consequences of sexting.  The bill would let teens caught sexting avoid prosecution if they complete an education program that they would have to pay for. The courts would decide which teenagers were eligible for the diversionary program. The Attorney General's Office would develop the curriculum.
