Getting Another Expungement is possible. There is no limit to the number of expungements one may obtain. However, there is a limit to how many crimes and what types of crimes may be expunged in the context of each particular expungement.
However, when determining whether a person is eligibile to have his record expunged, the court will examine the person's entire past criminal history, including matters that were previously expunged. Thus, to determine eligibility on the newest matters, the person's complete criminal history must be considered, as if the person had never previously received an expungement.
