A record for a Conditional Discharge may be expunged after 6 months have passed since the last day the discharge was completed or the last payment of fines. A conditonal discharge is treated similarly to a PTI record.

It is important to note that if you completed a conditional discharge in the past and later had it expunged, that previous conditional discharge may still bar you from receiving a new conditional discharge, even though it was expunged.
